The British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC) has a "Find a Counsellor" tool that allows for counsellors to be searched based on specific criteria. There is an option to find a counsellor who is part of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, as well as counsellors who identify as transgender, non-binary and/or person of colour. There are over 240 counsellors in BC who identify as part of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, and who can support grief and loss. Some of these counsellors also offer consulting services for other health care providers. Should you need additional support, consultation services or a counsellor for a 2SLGBTQIA+ client, please use this search function to help to aid in finding the counsellor who can meet your needs. |

The BC Hospice Palliative Care Association (BCHPCA) recognizes the traditional land of the First Nations, Métis and Inuit peoples who have walked before us and minded the lands we now call home for time immemorial. Hospice Societies have been able to support, aid and care for many people on these same lands.
