BCHPCA remains committed to advancing education, promotion, and awareness of the diverse range of services offered by Hospice Societies within our community. We are dedicated to proactively addressing the changing needs of our community regarding hospice and palliative care support. Our upcoming four-day series, “Palliative Care Awareness: Bringing Hospice and Palliative Care to Home and Community,” serves as a platform to enhance advocacy skills. This event not only facilitates education and awareness but also fosters advocacy by bringing together community members, healthcare providers, health systems, and policymakers under one roof to explore opportunities and address key considerations.
BCHPCA is focused on nurturing the growth and enhancement of hospice services within our community. As societal needs continue to evolve, so too must our capacity, operational practices, and support services for hospice care.
