Kaleidoscope 2020 Virtual Grief Convention

September 24, 2020 - September 27, 2020

Free

We are excited to announce that registration has opened for Kaleidoscope 2020: the Camp Kerry Society’s first National Virtual Grief Convention for Families and Professionals (Sep. 24 ~ Sep. 27). The “professional stream” will be of interest to therapists, educators and health care providers who work with clients of all ages impacted by serious illness, grief and loss. Expect a wide range of workshops and inspiring talks from internationally recognized keynote speakers Dr. Lorraine Hedtke, Ann Douglas & Dr. Patch Adams, alongside notable experts in the fields of health, grief psychology & counselling, parenting and education. The “family stream” will offer professionally facilitated grief support groups as well as engaging workshops for children, youth and adults including music-making, puppetry, art and photography. Some of our more traditional “camp” activities such as an evening campfire, a community memory service and self-care sessions will be available for all convention participants.

Please join us and let your colleagues and clients know about this unique opportunity for first-class grief support and education. This exciting event is being offered at the heavily discounted rate of just $100 for professionals and $65 for students/volunteers.
