The BCHPCA 2020 Annual General Meeting will be held Wednesday, October 28th, at 11am PST.

The following will be sent out to members 2 weeks prior to the AGM:

• The agenda for this meeting
• The minutes of the 2019 AGM.
• Annual Financial Statements

At the meeting, members will have the opportunity to:

• find out and ask questions about BCHPCA’s operations and finances
• speak about any items on the agenda
• vote on any resolutions proposed.
• review and meet acclaimed directors here

At the meeting, members will be asked to vote to:

• accept the minutes of the last annual general meeting
• accept the annual report
• accept the auditors/treasurer’s report
• accept the annual financial statements
• appoint an auditor
