As part of the Municipal election process, we urge community hospices, partners, stakeholders, volunteers, residents and community leaders to promote hospice palliative care in your discussions with electors.

Please see our Key messaging and social media messaging to support your initiatives. Please see the link here.

In addition, please visit our site for further information and the work the association in partnership with key stakeholders has been doing to advocate for HPC.

We urge members and stakeholders to consider including a political reach-out post-election as a means of introduction to your community hospice and its services offered. In addition to this, consider building this process within your communication and advocacy plans for future activities. Individual stakeholders and members can also take part by informing candidates of the information provided in the attached document. Should your organization need support in this, please feel free to reach out to the BCHPCA in supporting this process.
